• The artist does not accept commissions that are less than $1,200.

• The artist does not currently collect GST but this may change for future commissions.

• Quotes are provided free but are only valid for 3 months from their provision date. If the client does not pay the deposit within this timeframe, the artist reserves the right to revise the original quote.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your mural booking.

• All commisions require a signed contract. Commissions below $10,000 in total require immediate full payment on completion of the mural, whilst commissions above $10,000 will require a signed contract between the client and artist stating negotiated payment terms. 

• The artist retains the right to use any images of the artwork across all social media and website platforms, but is willing to delay their use if the client wishes for the purpose of a specific launch date or another similar reason.

• The client must continue to credit the artist where the image of the artwork is used in print, online or for any other media purposes.

• The artist retains intellectual ownership of the artwork with the exception of specific branding/lettering that is owned by the client.

• Business clients commissioning the artist will provide a logo to the artist to use on their website for the artist to promote which clients they’ve worked with.

• Payment of the deposit signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
